This support service helps participants develop or improve the skills they need to manage and maintain their home, particularly when they own their property or have major responsibilities for its upkeep.
This service enhances a participant’s capacity to understand and construct their supports, with a focus on integrating them into broader support systems.
This support category involves helping or supervising a participant to take part in community, social, recreational, or work-related activities. Support can be provided in community settings or at dedicated service locations.
This support enables participants to manage their home by helping with household tasks they can’t do on their own—always with care, respect, and encouragement
